Reduced-mobility passengers

Passengers with reduced mobility are persons with any type of disability. Reduced-mobility passengers have the right to assistance services provided to them free of charge whilst passing through the airport.

General rule when using assistance services:

  • The passenger is required to request assistance service at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight from the airline they are travelling with or from the travel operator/agency they bought their ticket from;
  • After arrival at the Airport, reduced mobility or disabled passenger should search for the contact point, which is usually located at the entrance to the Departures terminal or at an easily accessible point in the terminal;
  • With the help of a special phone or a call button, to report their arrival to the assistance centre;
  • An employee of the centre will meet the passenger and assist him/her with carrying out all the necessary formalities from checking in for a flight until embarking the aircraft.
